- and the mandatory insurance number which HAS to appear on the website, as well as contracts.
In fact :
- no insurance (garantie financière) = no legal recourse against fraud
- no real estate broker card (carte transaction) = no guarantees and fees can’t be deducted from capital gains tax
- no RCS number (registre de commerce et des sociétés) = not a legal company in France
